The starter kit works without an account. You don’t need to upload documents or share personal details to use it.
Checklist and notes
The weekly reset’s checkboxes and notes exist only in the current page. The site does not send them to a server or store them in cookies or browser storage. Reloading or closing the page clears them. A PDF or printed copy you create is yours to manage.
Downloaded resources
CSV and text downloads are blank templates or clearly marked examples. Your changes to those files remain in whichever app or storage location you choose. If you upload a file to a spreadsheet service, that service’s privacy practices apply.
Email links open your own mail app. Nothing is sent until you choose to send it. Any message you send includes the information you choose to share and is handled by the email providers involved. Do not email private records or sensitive account information.
Hosting and external links
The hosting provider may process technical request information such as your IP address and browser details to deliver and protect the website. This version includes no advertising trackers or custom analytics. External websites have their own privacy practices.
